Privacy

The short version: your center's data belongs to your center. We store what you enter — student first names, schedules, parent contact numbers, visit history — to run your front desk. We never sell it, share it, or use it for advertising.

Student privacy. daybell is built for minimal data: first names and a last initial are enough to run a center. Session notes are internal to your staff and are never sent to parents.

Text messages. Pickup texts are sent only to contacts whose consent your center has recorded. Any parent can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and that choice cannot be overridden by staff.

Where data lives. Your data is stored encrypted at rest with our hosting providers in the United States, with continuous backups. When you cancel, you can export everything, and we delete your data on request.
